Reports to Founder/Marketing/Head of Design. About The OpportunityWe\'re building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. This is not a "make it pretty" gig. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics. If you live and breathe design in tech / SaaS / AI, track the latest patterns, and want to grow from a part-time contributor into a core, full-time role, read on. What You\'ll Do Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets. Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces. Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets). Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week. Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers). Collaborate on campaign concepts from insight to production to iteration. Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve. What Success Looks Like Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI/SaaS. Asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops. A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework. Who You Are 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house). You know the category patterns and how to break them. Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts. Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you have references at your fingertips. Not afraid to be bold; you can defend strong creative while staying coachable. Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with; low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply. Tools: Figma & WordPress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed. Bonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports). Bonus Points Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling). Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops). Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first). Experience building componentized design systems for marketing. What Do Include Portfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).
