Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Security Leader to drive the development and implementation of our global security and compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade security solutions, as well as leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge organization and play a key role in shaping the future of digital finance. As a Security Leader, you will be responsible for building and managing our global security function, developing and implementing company-wide security strategies, and conducting risk assessments and vulnerability scans. You will also lead the design and development of advanced security testing and monitoring platforms, conduct secure architecture reviews and threat modeling, and integrate Secure SDLC practices into CI/CD pipelines. In addition, you will oversee cloud security architecture, manage VPNs and multi-region access, and ensure data privacy and protection measures are embedded in all systems and products. Finally, you will develop and maintain security compliance frameworks, prepare and manage internal and external audits and certifications, and identify and mitigate enterprise security and compliance risks.
