Overview
Manage a team of shift-based operators (24/7), ensuring performance, process compliance, and full operational coverage. Recruit, train, and develop SOC operators, maintaining high standards of competence and operational discipline.
Responsibilities- Supervise monitoring of security cameras, alarms and access control systems, ensuring rapid response to any event.
- Coordinate alarm and incident response, ensuring protocol compliance and proper escalation.
- Conduct or oversee risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements to security protocols and emergency response.
- Investigate security incidents, documenting actions, root causes, and mitigation plans.
- Develop and manage the Travel Monitoring program.
- Monitor employee travel safety, ensuring support in risk situations.
- Manage the issuance of alerts through mass communication platforms.
- Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Facilities, among others) and external partners, focusing on operational results on a quarterly basis.
- Previous experience as a SOC Manager or in a similar role within corporate security.
- Knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarms, VMS, etc.).
- Proven ability in managing operational teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including crisis management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to handle emergencies outside of regular business hours when required.
