Responsibilities And Attributions
  • Litigation Management: coordinate and conduct judicial and administrative proceedings, particularly in consumer, civil, labor, and intellectual property matters, ensuring a unified strategy and consistent results.
  • Oversight of External Law Firms: support the selection, hiring, and management of partner law firms, ensuring technical quality, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Defense and Prevention Strategy: define action plans and litigation prevention policies, as well as assess risks and contingencies.
  • Stakeholder Interface: work in close collaboration with internal areas, including global teams, to align strategies and communicate risks.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: track Brazilian legislation and specific regulations related to fixed-odds betting and online gaming sectors, recommending actions to senior leadership.
  • Reports and Metrics: prepare management reports and performance indicators for the local board and international headquarters.
Requisites And Qualifications
  • Law degree and active Bar admission
  • Experience in strategic litigation, particularly in consumer law
  • Team management skills and ability to coordinate relationships with external law firms
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in multinational companies will be a plus
  • Knowledge of fixed-odds betting legislation will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills, strategic vision, and results-oriented mindset
