The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the branch to achieve business objectives in accordance with the region and retail operations strategy.

  • 1 year of management experience

  • Degree/Diploma
  • 1 year of sales and cash management experience
  • Gaming/betting experience.

What You’ll do for the Brand:

Branch Growth

  • Manage the achievement of targets and branch growth in accordance with operational procedures.

Branch Administration and Cost Management

  • Manage branch cost and budget to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Manage cash within the branch according to defined processes/procedures and minimize risks of theft/fraud.
  • Ensure daily banking schedules are submitted to the Area Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to credit card administration & EFT policies where applicable.
  • Notify the Branch, Regional Manager, and Cash Management Department of any shortages via email.
  • Manage the recovery process in line with processes/procedures.
  • Manage branch stock control to ensure adequate supply.
  • Conduct weekly stock taking and account for shortages.
  • Manage all security aspects in the branch.

Branch Appearance

  • Ensure that the branch is always neat and tidy according to Hollywood standards.

Branch Reporting

  • Ensure daily newsflashes provide a high-level overview of the operations for the day.
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reporting on branch performance based on stakes, number of bets per type of bet, branch budget and costs, and growth plans.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure superior customer service and experience; proactively address customer complaints.
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers and create a customer-centric culture within the branch.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company, legislative, and legal requirements, particularly Gambling Board requirements.
  • Adhere to the company's internal control policy and escalate fraudulent activities.
  • Ensure a registered FICA officer is on site during operating hours and compliance posters are displayed.

Communication

  • Manage communication within the branch to ensure dissemination of key business updates and marketing campaigns.

People Management

  • Manage team member rosters/schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Address staff attendance and behavior in line with the Area Manager's directives.
  • Identify training and development areas and address interventions with the Area Manager.
  • Ensure timely submission of new hire documentation to Human Resources.

Values

  • Actively promote and live the Hollywood values, leading by example.
  • Responsible for the management of LPMs if applicable.
  • Ensure close working relationships with F&B facilities, support office teams, and training facilities.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager/Area Manager to suggest areas of improvement.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly reports.
  • Be available 24/7 in case of emergencies.
