We're looking for a results-driven marketing specialist to lead our product-led growth strategy. This role involves collaborating with the product team to develop and execute campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue. About Us Our company is a leading provider of AI-powered communications solutions for real estate professionals in the US market. Our software enables professionals to streamline their workflow and increase productivity. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Collaborate with the product team to design and launch new features and products Optimize and refine marketing campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates Analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing decisions Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with a focus on product-led growth 3+ years of experience in product marketing at a fast-moving SaaS company Proven track record of owning end-to-end product marketing campaigns from idea to impact Deep experience working with in-app messaging tools such as AppCues Strong analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and act on insights Sharp communication and writing skills with ability to craft compelling messaging Able to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits USD base compensation 15 days PTO + 5 sick days + 10 floating holidays High autonomy and flexibility to work independently Opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth What We Look For A self-directed operator who can deliver results with minimal supervision A detail-oriented process-driven individual who can scale efforts A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work U.S. time zones full-time
