As an Operations Assistant , you will act as the right hand of the COO, supporting daily operations, client communication and administrative tasks. This role is focused on organization, follow-up, communication, and research. You will help keep processes running smoothly, ensure timely communication with clients, and support decision-making through organization and research. Key Responsibilities Manage the COO’s calendar and schedule meetings. Handle written communication with clients (email, Linked In, messaging apps) in fluent business English. Respond to inbound messages and follow up on conversations when needed. Take meeting notes and summarize key points and action items. Draft follow-up emails and internal or client-facing documents. Organize files, documentation, and internal processes. Conduct light research on market trends, competitors, and improvement opportunities. Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed. Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken - business level). Must reside in Brazil Excellent written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with administrative support, operations, or executive assistance. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks remotely. Nice to Have Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Virtual Assistant. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, CRM systems, or task management tools. Experience supporting founders, executives, or leadership teams. What We Offer Freelance Contract (PJ). Flexible Schedule: 8 hours/day (9 AM – 1 PM BRT fixed + 4 flexible hours). 100% Remote Work. Annual in-person team meeting. Direct Mentorship: Work closely with the COO and gain a front-row seat to scaling an international operation.
