Your impact

This position is responsible for manage the service area and support technical issues in Center and North region of Argentina.

Responsibilities

• The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treated internally, into the factory.
• Take the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers.
• Lead workshops for new products and for internal process. Permanente coaching to dealers.
• Visit Customers as a courtesy or for technical problems.
• Support using EDT (Electronic diagnostic tool).
• Know technically how to fix all of our portfolio from MF and VT brand, and for some times it is necessary to know how to operate as well.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Support or answer Technical issues reported by tech connect;
• Graduated in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics or similar.
• Background in agriculture or industry;
