Solutions Engineer Role As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical liaison between customers' systems and our fulfillment technology. You will work directly with enterprise clients and internal teams to design and implement integrations between customer ecommerce platforms and our systems (APIs, ERPs, OMS, WMS). Key responsibilities include: Integration Leadership: Work with new and existing enterprise customers to design and deploy technical integrations between their systems and our fulfillment platform. Technical Problem Solving: Investigate data sync issues, API errors, or inventory discrepancies — and drive them to resolution with product and engineering. Custom Tooling: Build small internal tools to make integrations faster and more reliable. Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support: Partner with commercial and onboarding teams to ensure customers understand integration capabilities, timelines, and technical requirements. Documentation & Enablement: Create technical documentation, integration playbooks, and reusable templates to scale enterprise onboarding. Cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure customer feedback turns into product improvements. Experience integrating with ecommerce or logistics platforms (Shopify, VTEX, Magento, ERP/OMS systems) is required. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar technical role. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to collaborate effectively are also essential.
