About the position

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure to ensure our blockchain and web3 services are secure, scalable, and highly available. You will work closely with our Dev, Security, and Product teams to embed reliability and performance into every stage of the software lifecycle.

What You'll Do


• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security


• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines


• Develop and maintain observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting) to proactively identify and resolve issues


• Implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and incident response procedures


• Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high performance and availability


• Partner with developers to improve deployment processes and production readiness


• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem reviews


• Document infrastructure architecture, operational runbooks, and best practices

Desired Qualifications & Profile


• 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer


• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale


• Advanced knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, etc.) — GCP or Azure experience is a plus


• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, etc.)


• Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash)


• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments


• Experience in blockchain or high-security environments is a strong plus


• Advanced English (written and spoken)
