Within the team you’ll find many different challenges: Data analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and web developments are some of the most relevant right now, but in order to drive innovation, you’ll notice that new things are coming up every dayThe R&D area is undoubtedly the most interesting and challenging area of the entire company, and although BairesDev is conformed of really talented people in general, here you will find professionals with extensive experience and also intellectual and creative levels, far above average.We want people to enjoy the trip. Are you ready?What You Will Do:- Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.- Generate hypotheses and set up tests to validate them using data.- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.- Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis chapter.- Collaborate with data product managers to build awesome data products.- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.- Help to spread a data-driven mindset and to improve data literacy.
