Qual será a sua missão Produzir textos de alta qualidade e uma comunicação conceitual sólida. As tarefas diárias incluem a redação de textos originais, slogans e roteiros para conteúdo em vídeo (TV e digital) para apoiar campanhas publicitárias. Garantir a consistência da marca em todos os canais, colaborando estreitamente com a equipe de Criação Digital/Vídeo para elaborar ideias atraentes. É necessário ser um pensador criativo, capaz de lidar com múltiplos projetos com prazos apertados. Familiaridade com as tendências de publicidade no varejo é um diferencial. Como Será o Seu Dia a Dia Liderar, criar e executar conceitos de campanha para todas as campanhas publicitárias Atuar como principal desenvolvedor de campanhas para a publicidade promocional da Shopee, alinhando-as aos objetivos de marketing Produzir soluções criativas e escrever textos para diversos projetos e plataformas de marketing, com foco em anúncios de TV, conteúdo de marca e canais digitais Ser um comunicador competente com uma mentalidade voltada para a ação, capaz de resolver desafios criativos e elaborar soluções originais Colaborar com videomakers, designers, produtores e profissionais de marketing para executar tarefas de redação Apresentar estratégias e recomendações de mensagens de forma eficaz Requisitos Formação superior em Jornalismo, Comunicação Social, Marketing ou Publicidade Nível avançado de conhecimento em Microsoft Office e Excel Inglês avançado Experiência em cargo de Redator Criativo em agência ou função similar Diferencial Experiência com criação de jingles Benefícios Assistência médica e odontológica, estendendo-se aos dependentes Parceira com Gympass e TotalPass Vale Refeição/Alimentação flexível Vale Transporte, Vale Mobilidade ou Estacionamento no local Benefício flexível Zenklub Bônus anual discricionário, atrelado à performance Vem fazer história com a gente.
