**Job Summary**
The Partner Sales Director for Latin America:
- Provide leadership and direction to the LATAM Channel sales organization and is responsible for developing and maintaining the Channel sales function. The Director ensures revenue growth by working with Partners to scale the impact of the LATAM Field Sales Team.
- Will report to the Vice President of Channel Sales for the Americas, with a strong dotted line to the Regional Vice President of Latin America Sales, and be part of the Americas Channel Sales Leadership Team.
- Will engage with the partner community Field Sales Leadership, and sales teams, in support of joint sales to optimize partner-connected deal pursuits, resolve challenges, and manage escalations.
**What you will be doing**
- Lead the team that onboards enables and manages Partners.
- Achieve sales targets on each one of the Territories
- Generate incremental revenues by working with the partner community
- Coach each direct report to achieve their personal quarterly and annual bookings quota, new logo objectives, targets for partner deal registrations, funnel development, and quarterly MBOs.
- Develop and maintain a 3x quota pipeline
