Fuelerate – Media Buyer (Meta Account Manager)
We’re Fuelerate, a performance-driven growth partner for Shopify brands. We’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer who thrives on results and knows how to turn data into revenue. If you want to take ownership of multiple ad accounts, test bold creative, and scale DTC brands with precision, this role is for you.
Fuelerate is a growth agency for e-commerce brands. We don’t just “run ads.” We unlock growth through Meta media buying, creative strategy, conversion rate optimization, and high-performance Shopify development. Our team is built around three things: performance, creativity, and ownership. We’re not chasing vanity metrics; we’re here to drive serious, scalable growth for our clients.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer who can manage and scale ad accounts with precision and creativity. You’ll be responsible for owning Meta accounts across multiple clients, building campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving revenue. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our creative strategists, copywriters, and data analysts to launch and optimize high-impact campaigns. We don’t need a “set-and-forget” buyer—we need someone who tests, iterates, and thinks like a growth partner. If you can scale budgets and ideas, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do- Own and manage Meta ad accounts across multiple e-commerce brands
- Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns following and building SOPs
- Analyze performance, identify growth levers, and scale what works
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to shape ad angles and briefs
- Report clearly on key KPIs and insights
- Stay ahead of platform trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience for e-commerce brands
- Proven track record of managing budgets over $20k–$30k/month
- Strong grasp of performance metrics, creative testing, and funnel strategy
- Ability to communicate what’s working, what’s not, and what to try next
- Comfort working cross-functionally with strategists and creatives
- Bonus: agency experience or working across multiple brands simultaneously

You’ll need to hit the ground running, owning accounts, learning brand voice fast, scaling efficiently, and juggling multiple clients. You’ll be expected to adapt quickly to platform shifts and client needs while pushing for constant performance improvement.
The Details- Part-Time to Start: 20 hours/week
- Full-Time Potential: Scale to 40 hours/week
- Compensation Range: 2,000–2,500 USD/month at full-time
