**Job Description**:
**Reporting directly to the Controller, your main responsibilities will be**:
- Determine direct taxes IRPJ and CSLL, calculated, planning and preparation of all supporting documents, reconciliation and accounting control of current/deferred amounts, elaboration of the ECF;
- Monitor tax legislation and provide guidance on aspects of the business and operation;
- Advising the business area and clients in relation to direct taxes (IR / CSLL / Transfer Pricing), including training and project support, in order to help understand the best tax burden and potential risks and benefits;
- Monitor ancillary/main obligations and ETR calculation carried out by third parties (outsourcing/external consultants);
- Preparing the Income Tax Forecast report;
- Analyze and manage the accounting of accounts that directly impact the calculation of direct taxes (expenses, provisions, etc.);
- Preparing and analyzing consultations, special regimes and other documents required for presentation to the competent authorities / authorities;
- Attend inspection, internal/external audits and corporate tax (USA);
**Requirements for the role**
- Complete higher education;
- Specialization/MBA Desirable in areas related to tax;
- Fluent English;
- Advanced Excel.
