Our Consumer Goods Division helps brands, retailers, and manufacturers deliver safe, quality, and ethically made products to consumers. Our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise daily to safeguard products used in homes worldwide, from clothes and footwear to toys, electronics, and furniture.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will report to an Operations Manager and be part of our Operations team. Your role is to ensure that all work meets QIMA standards of quality while delivering top services to our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Checking email daily for inspection documents and guidelines;
- Attending inspections punctually and communicating professionally with suppliers;
- Performing merchandise inspections according to company procedures and supervising container stuffing;
- Filling out inspection reports accurately and within deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management, especially in softlines, garments, textiles, or footwear;
- Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations;
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
