About the Company As the biggest engine manufacturer in China, Weichai Group is looking for a high-performance After-sales Service Manager for engine service and channel development. This position will be mainly responsible for the Brazil market, but also include the Guyana market, planning and implementing all directing activities of Weichai engines service activities. About the Role This role will focus on managing the operations of the service center and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service management and continuous improvement activities. Responsibilities Manages all operations of service center including service staff and supervisors; Resolves most complex business problems for those on the team; Leads continuous improvement activities by reviewing, changing, and improving processes in line with changing customer expectations goals; Responsible for the construction and optimization of local services and accessories network; Responsible for maintaining relationship with main customer and improving customer satisfaction; Responsible for researching competitive products in local market; Responsible for the failure analysis and recommendations for product improvement; Assists the company to complete the important projects in the local; Assists with the
