THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join dynamic procurement team. As a Procurement Analyst you will analyze and optimize procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure efficient procurement of goods and services. Your expertise in data analysis, market research, and supplier evaluation will support our strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives. Additionally, you will maintain procurement records and assist the procurement manager in contractor selections. YOUR IMPACT Assist in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, and procedures. Negotiate contracts, terms, and SLAs with vendors. Review existing contracts and vendors globally. Maintain vendor creation and master‑data updates. Contract and vendor management across regions. Develop relationships with organizational networks and external vendors. Document vendor costs and generate monthly spend reports. Live the mission: inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, business, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in both spoken and written English (Spanish is a plus). Talent in negotiations and networking. Experience collecting and analyzing data. Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
