• Home Building Team Members perform manufacturing production operations assigned to their team in the home building process, following standard production methods and safe work habits to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Ensure that all homes meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes while maintaining a high-quality standard in a timely manner.
• Safety: Practice safe work habits and observe relevant OSHA regulations.
• Productivity: Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving productivity objectives.
• Stewardship: Protect company assets, report needed maintenance, keep assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Planning: Assist the Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicate anticipated material shortages, identify required tool maintenance, and report any quality or productivity issues.
• Attendance: Meet attendance requirements and be available for the start of shift at the required time.

• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Ability to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs, plus other physical duties as needed.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with other team members.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is greatly desired.
• Ability to walk or stand for at least 8 hours.
• Bending, squatting, and stooping are required.
• Must be able to lift above shoulder level and reach to floor using proper lifting techniques.
