Join our dynamic team as a Trading Ops Specialist , where you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sportsbook offerings. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sports, eager to influence the seamless operation of prematch trading activities. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English; Fluent/native‑level Portuguese (Brazil) language skills; Passion for sports and knowledge about sports; A keen learner and someone who is always striving to improve; Proven experience in sportsbook operations or a similar role; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficient in using sports betting platforms and tools, such as Bet Radar. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and validation of entity data using internal and external sources; Accurately input event results to ensure timely client payouts; Settle markets promptly and resolve discrepancies as required; Manually resettle events when feed discrepancies arise; Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues independently or with senior staff; Generate incident reports for potential regulatory complaints and provide additional information as needed; Communicate proactively with the offer team about customer requests for adding events or special markets; Conduct regular checks and manage sports fixtures across platforms, ensuring accuracy and synchronization with data feeds; Monitor and adjust pre‑match feeds, templates, and print offerings for consistency and quality across all platforms; Work closely with providers and developers to manage and resolve fixture‑related issues; Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of event information, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant sports events.
