Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve process accuracy. Implement AI-driven workflows that enhance response times and reduce operational bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions. Develop and maintain centralized knowledge bases that support employees and stakeholders. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration between HR systems and conversational AI platforms. Define and track metrics related to process efficiency and automation adoption. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or business automation. Strong understanding of HR workflows and employee experience design. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and automation platforms. Excellent project management skills and ability to translate strategy into execution.
