- Reservations + Booking
- Duties:
- Process all reservation requests, charges, changes, and cancellations.
- Document special requests.
- Answer questions any questions related to reservation, properties, resort amenities, local attractions and communities)
- Input and access data in the reservation system.
- Take initiative in the ability to make recommendations, and confidence in assessing and solving problems
- Ensure availability calendars and communication are regularly audited for accuracy between reservation systems and third parties.
- Adhering to occupancy limits and communicating resort rules
- Liaison with cleaners and maintenance staff
- Assist guest services team as necessary in overflow capacity to resolve guest issues
- Follow procedures to protect against credit card fraud
- On Call 2 weekends a month
- Requirements:
- Able to multitask
- Organized
- Computer literate
- Responsible
- Customer service oriented
- Bilingual (desired but not necessary)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From R$3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rio de Janeiro, RJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
