Were looking for a Mobile Engineer to contribute to the development of a new React Native application that is central to the product roadmap. The initial version of the app is already underway, but its still early daystheres meaningful work to be done and plenty of opportunities to help
shape the technical direction alongside more senior team members. This will be the first full-time mobile hire, working in collaboration with a small group of experienced part-time mobile engineers who are currently leading the initiative. Youll play a key role in building features, supporting architecture decisions,and ensuring a seamless offline-first user experience, while working closely with backend and web developers. This role is well-suited for someone who is proactive, comfortable working independently, and values cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Must-Have Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional mobile development experience;
Minimum of 3 years building production apps in React Native;
Hands-on experience with SQLite or equivalent mobile database technologies;
Proven ability to deliver offline-first mobile apps with syncing logic;
Comfortable being the primary full-time mobile engineer early on;
Effective collaboration with backend engineers and API teams;
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications
Experience working with US-based B2B SaaS startups or scale-ups;
Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store release processes;
Strong understanding of mobile performance tuning, crash monitoring, and OTA update tools;
Previous experience creating or maintaining a cross-platform mobile codebase.
