They create the pitch decks, investment materials, and marketing collateral that drive capital raises, M&A transactions, and business development for leading private equity funds, family offices, and emerging managers.We are specifically seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating institutional-grade presentation designs for sophisticated financial services clients. This role is solely focused on presentation design and requires someone who understands design principles, can work with complex financial data, and excels at transforming analytical content into compelling visual narratives.Responsibilities:Presentation Design:Create sophisticated presentation designs for pitch decks, investment memorandums, and marketing materialsDesign charts, graphs, and data visualizations that communicate complex financial concepts clearlyDevelop brand-consistent presentations across multiple client accountsTransform written content and research into visually compelling slide presentationsFinancial Services Presentations:Design investor presentations, fund marketing materials, and company overviewsCreate one-pagers, teasers, and executive summaries with institutional-grade aestheticsDevelop branded presentation templates and style guides for ongoing client useDesign slide layouts that meet institutional presentation standardsQuality & Standards:Ensure all presentation deliverables meet institutional design standardsMaintain brand consistency across all client presentationsFollow detailed design briefs and client brand guidelinesParticipate in iterative review processes with production team and clientsCollaboration & Process:Work closely with production managers and senior designers on presentation projectsTake direction from Lead Designers and incorporate feedback efficientlyManage multiple client presentation projects simultaneously with varying deadlinesCommunicate design decisions and rationale to team membersQualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:Design Experience:3-5 years of professional presentation design experience, preferably in B2 B or financial servicesStrong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and data visualization capabilitiesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)Expert-level Power Point skills for presentation design and layoutExperience with brand development and visual identity systems for presentationsFinancial Services Knowledge:Understanding of investment terminology and financial conceptsFamiliarity with charts, graphs, and financial data presentationExperience designing presentations for professional services or corporate clientsKnowledge of institutional communication standards and expectationsTechnical Requirements:Expert-level Power Point proficiency with advanced animation and layout skillsProficiency in data visualization tools and chart creationExperience with presentation software beyond Power Point (Keynote, Google Slides)Knowledge of print production and digital asset optimization for presentationsCommunication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal English communicationAbility to take detailed creative direction and implement feedbackStrong organizational skills to manage multiple presentation projects and deadlinesCollaborative mindset for working within a pod-based team structurePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fieldPrevious experience at marketing agencies, consulting firms, or financial services companiesExperience designing pitch decks, investment presentations, or similar financial collateralKnowledge of typography, color theory, and advanced layout principles for presentationsUnderstanding of brand strategy and visual identity developmentBilingual capabilities (English fluency required)Benefits :Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunitiesRemote-first culture with strong U.
