This position is based in São José dos Campos/SP, Brazil, and is Hybrid located. The role reports to a Finance Coordinator within the Supply Chain Finance team and supports Kenvue’s inventory valuation accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Kenvue is recruiting for an Inventory & Costs Accounting Jr. Analyst for its Supply Chain Finance team. You will have access to a network of financial professionals worldwide to grow your career.

Within the Supply Chain Finance team, you will contribute to reinventing processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and improved customer experience. This role supports Kenvue’s inventory valuation accounting processes in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

This role is part of the Supply Chain Finance team and contributes to the Principle, Inventory, Costing, and Currency (PICC) team. The role is a valuable contributor to inventory valuation and related accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in all activities related to Inventory & COGS accounting, ensuring accurate recording, analysis, tracking, and reconciliation of all inventory transactions globally.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Prepare and monitor the cost closing checklist for Latam.
• Perform closing activities and analysis of results.
• Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.
• Generate ideas, foster and implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes, automation, reducing wasted time and pursuing process efficiency opportunities.
• Actively embrace methods to standardize tasks across all regions.

Compliance

• Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership team, SOX and external audits.
• Adhere to strong internal controls to achieve adequate internal and external audit ratings.

Required Qualifications What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting
• US GAAP accounting knowledge preferable
• Experience in SAP and Blackline (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in a cost accounting or Business Finance department desirable
• Experience in supporting audit processes preferred
• Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies

Desired Qualifications

• Fluent English; other language skills desirable
