Supply Chain Operations Manager The role involves spearheading the process of reverse logistics in Brazil, ensuring seamless alignment with global and local regulations. Main responsibilities include: Reverse supply chain management: tracking processing progress, resolving anomalies, and devising short-term and medium-term solutions. Spare parts system optimization: planning requirements, streamlining business processes and rules, and synchronizing them with products. Customer success management: empowering agents, providing business acumen, process and system operation guidance, comprehensive agent training, and monitoring results. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably statistics or operations research related. Excellent internal and external communication skills. At least 5 years of work experience, team leadership experience preferred. Project management expertise, demand planning, production planning, purchasing plan related experience ideal. Fluent English mandatory.
