Our mission is to understand the company's performance from a financial perspective by analyzing past results and creating future projections. Broadly, our team is subdivided into FP&A Horizontals, FP&A Markets, FP&A Global Products, FP&A Efficiency, and Procurement. About The Role This is a individual contributor position, in which you will be responsible for: Analyzing, explaining, and projecting the financial aspects of products related to the Lending Business Unit. Improving FP&A processes to generate insights and provide clarity in financial statements, always thinking in a scalable way and using reliable data. Understanding and analyzing the impact of product-related decisions on a Business Unit's (BU) financial results. Automating reports by connecting them to databases from different sources. Building, updating, and reviewing financial models and simulators. Preparing and presenting executive materials with financial results to the Business Unit and the Board of Directors. Basic Qualifications Has experience in financial forecasting and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) Has solid knowledge of financial modeling. Has a strong analytical ability to manage and evaluate complex data. Is eager to learn and adapts easily to change. Has strong communication skills to proactively interact with various business partners and stakeholders (Product, Finance, Markets). Has advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
