You will be responsible for all sorts of administrative procedures related to Human Resources while keeping good communication and quality of service towards new and current employees. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industryWhat You Will Do:- Validate all the news of the month (licenses, vacations, salary increases, etc.).- Document, analyze, and suggest improvements to all area processes.- Interact with external entities/suppliers.- Prepare reports required by management or other control areas.- Assist different audiences in labor matters.- Assist the Administration (Payroll processes, contracts, offers, and onboarding).- Provide onsite inductions of new entrants, when applicable.- Collaborate in the high and low processes of our employees.Here’s what we are looking for:- 3+ years of experience with HR-ADM tasks: Payroll, Contracts, Employee Forms, Onboarding, Offers, or Communications.- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.- Previous work experience with service/IT companies is a plus.- Advanced English level.How we make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive
