What We Offer Dynamic & collaborative team in a creative environment with exposure to global clients & colleagues Weekly webinars to support your development through our People Academy Annual TLC Wellness Week and programmes throughout the year TLC Culture Club - including seasonal social events, tasty lunches & more TLC Gives Back - volunteering opportunities, including off site visits and volunteering leave TLC Rise - supporting and empowering women into leadership roles 'Frankies' - Our very own awards ceremony where we walk down the TLC red carpet in our best outfits TLC Owner's Club - Everyone that is part of the TLC experience contributes to our success, which is why we all own a piece of TLC as part of our share holder scheme What You’ll Be Doing Develop a complete understanding of TLC business and culture Preparation of documents on behalf of the MD Participate in intro meetings – ability to present TLC, prepare the meeting, select relevant case studies, and ask key briefing questions based on the sector Prepare briefings and lead brainstorming sessions Brief and follow up with Account, Partnership, Creative and Planning teams, ensuring all processes are being followed and internal approval Working closely with Creative and Strategy departments to create decks for the MD Develop and present commercial proposals for tactical promotion or loyalty campaigns Draft contracts, manage handovers, and follow up on reports Maintain strong client relationships Contribute to the overall quality and success of TLC and its clients Who We’re Looking For Experience in account management, or strategic planning teams Sales skills – essential to be a commercial person Strong commitment to goals and results Fantastic attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize Strong written and verbal communication skills Extensive and advanced experience using PowerPoint & Excel Personal Attributes This role would suit somebody who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude to work We offer a collaborative, creative environment where no two days are the same, so being able to adapt and accommodate is key to being successful in this position Excellent interpersonal and communication skills At TLC we aim to create a ‘world within the world’ that is free from prejudice, bias and inequity.
