Perform equipment rig‑up and rig‑down and prepare equipment for job performance. Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed. Operate low‑pressure/high‑pressure pumps, air‑compressors, chemical metering, filtration, and ancillary equipment safely in accordance with job design and KPI requirements. Perform necessary calculations and data collection, recording, and distribution on jobs. Coordinate and participate in clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance. Understand that tasks correctly performed impact cost containment, efficiency, and profitability. Acquire skills through completion of HES career development requirements as Operator Assistant II. Have 6 months–2 years PSL experience. Possess good skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions. Be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards and guidelines for PSL personnel. Hold a valid license to drive motor vehicles. Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and active participation in quality improvement processes (QIP). Be aware that consequences of errors are easily measured and can be confined. Qualifications Formação Técnica Completa. CFT Ativo. Requerido experiência sólida em O&G. Inglês Intermediário.
