Comunicação eficaz para articulação de ideias com stakeholders, times de UX e tecnologia Atitudes ágeis, flexíveis e adaptáveis Colaboração, escuta ativa, empatia para as necessidades Atento às inovações no tema Design/Content System Engajamento ao propósito e cultura da área/banco Visão estratégica e de inovação Boa capacidade analítica, estética detalhista Proatividade ATIVIDADES Definir normas, boas práticas e princípios de escrita Criar e manter guias de estilo e voz da marca Criar componentes textuais reutilizáveis:
