About The Role Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in NestJS and Vue, ready to build, scale, and evolve modern web applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, understands how different layers of the stack interact, and can make thoughtful technical decisions in fast-moving environments. You will work across backend and frontend systems, collaborating closely with founders and the broader team to design scalable solutions, optimize performance, and continuously improve the product. This position requires a balance of technical depth, product thinking, and pragmatism—especially when operating in cost-conscious environments where trade-offs matter. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NestJS and MongoDB (Mongoose) Build and maintain frontend applications using Vue and TanStack Take ownership of components across the full stack, from API design to UI implementation Optimize systems for scalability, performance, and reliability Integrate caching, background processing, and infrastructure components (e.g., Redis) Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to translate product ideas into technical solutions Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and cloud deployments Participate in technical decision-making and system architecture discussions Must Have Strong experience with NestJS and MongoDB / Mongoose Solid frontend experience with Vue and TanStack Familiarity with Redis, CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud hosting (AWS Beanstalk or similar) Experience working with modern hosting platforms such as Vercel and backend services like Supabase Ability to understand the entire product stack and take full ownership of components Proven problem-solving skills and ability to optimize for scalability and performance Comfortable working closely with founders in a dynamic, evolving environment Experience working in cost-conscious environments, making thoughtful technology trade-offs Nice to Have Exposure to AI-driven product enhancements Experience modernizing legacy systems or MVPs for scalability Startup or early-stage company experience Benefits & Perks Home office Competitive compensation based on experience Career plans to allow for extensive growth in the company International projects Oowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational) Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass Games and competitions You can also apply here : Website : / LinkedIn : / Instagram : / We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
