**Position**: Sr. Recruiter - Technical
**Role**: In-Office
**Contract**: Full-time, Permanent
Overview
PTW, a global gaming services company, is seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to identify, attract and hire top talent for various Software Engineering, business roles and handling volume recruitment projects in the LATAM market, especially Brazil.
This role-holder will be reporting directly to our Studio Head in Brazil. This position will lead all the recruitment for the San Paulo studio and possibly be a mentor to other team members in this studio.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct in-person and video interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and handle offer letters and contracts.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
Analyze market data and compensation benchmarks to remain competitive.
Provide recommendations to improve the recruitment process and strategy.
Responsible for filling the open positions in the regions and positions have been assigned by the Manager.
**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:
Bachelor's degree
Must be bilingual English/Portuguese.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with volume recruitment is highly preferred.
Experienced hiring Creative positions such as 2D, 3D Animation, Artists, Freelancers is highly preferred.
