The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Greenville, AL area
Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Responsibilities

  • Communicates work and safety instructions to team members.
  • Assigns tasks and monitors performance, providing feedback and discipline as needed.
  • Assists in planning and executing scheduled maintenance.
  • Conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Completes and submits accurate reports and timesheets.
  • Ensures proper equipment setup and safe operation.
  • Leads new hire orientations, safety training, and cross-training.
  • Troubleshoots equipment issues and collaborates on solutions.
  • Supports maintenance tasks and can perform all departmental roles.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role
  • Experience working in heavy industry manufacturing such as pulp & paper, chemical, steel, aluminum, etc.
