Assigns tasks and monitors performance, providing feedback and discipline as needed. Assists in planning and executing scheduled maintenance. Conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance with procedures. Completes and submits accurate reports and timesheets. Ensures proper equipment setup and safe operation. Leads new hire orientations, safety training, and cross-training. Troubleshoots equipment issues and collaborates on solutions. Supports maintenance tasks and can perform all departmental roles.
