Job Description It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for our next Channel Distribution Manager in Brazil, this may be your next career step Key Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships and partnerships with our distributors in Brazil. Coordinate IFF's distributors / partners in Brazil for the IFF Nourish portfolio, establishing and delivering annual revenue and profitability targets for this sales channel. Develop and monitor growth plans for distributors / representatives across various industry categories in the market, promoting products and concepts aligned with IFF's strategy. Strengthen and track our distributors' project pipeline and new business opportunities. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably in Food Engineering or a similar technical field). Extensive experience in the commercial sector, ideally with a background in managing distributor and commercial representative activities within the B2B segment of ingredients / flavors for the food and beverage market in Brazil. Deep understanding of the B2B food and beverage market in Brazil. Familiarity with key trends in the food and beverage industry. Proven ability to identify emerging markets and new business opportunities. Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing skills. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities. Skilled in developing, presenting, and executing strategic business plans (demonstrated strategic thinking). Proficient in setting and monitoring annual budgets and sales targets for various product lines in the IFF Nourish portfolio. Experienced in analyzing and reviewing distribution and commercial representation contracts. Based in São Paulo or nearby cities. Advanced English proficiency (preferred).
