**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.- Experience in benefits programs and relevant process (and system) design for program implementation.- Experience managing projects with multiple players with cross-functional teams.- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.**Preferred qualifications**:- Systems experience of Darwin or Workday.- Ability for effective client management and influencing skills.- Strong track record developing and maintaining reliable process documentation.- Strong process design skills.About the jobPeople Experience (PX) is the team at Google that delivers extraordinary, hire-to-retire experiences for Googlers in the moments that matter most.
