**Descrição da vaga**:O profissional será responsável pelo gerenciamento da construção e entrega de usinas solares fotovoltaicas na região de Minas Gerais;Liderar e coordenar a equipe de Fiscal de Obra e Técnico de Planejamento envolvidos na obra;Em campo será responsável pela gestão das equipes de terceiros contratadas para execução de obras;Emitir relatórios detalhados sobre o progresso da obra, destacando avanços, possíveis desvios e sugestões de ajustes necessários.Garantir o cumprimento do cronograma, do orçamento e da qualidade das obras;Resolver problemas e conflitos que surjam durante a obra e gerenciar os riscos da obra e implementar medidas para mitigá-los;Controlar a qualidade dos materiais e serviços utilizados na obra;Motivar e liderar a equipe de profissionais envolvidos na obra.**Requisitos Obrigatórios**:Formação em Engenharia Elétrica ou Civil com CREA ativo;Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos de geração de energia solar fotovoltaica ou obras elétricas equivalentes;Conhecimento/Experiência com o uso das ferramentas MS-Project e Autocad;Atuação na função exigirá habilidades nas Ferramentas Office;Disponibilidade para viagens constantes para todos os estados.Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLTPagamento: R$12.000,00 - R$12.903,00 por mês**Benefícios**:- Seguro de vida- Vale-alimentaçãoHorário de trabalho:- De segunda à sexta-feira**Experiência**:- Site Manager (obrigatório)
