Location São Paulo Hybrid Twice a week in the office (Alameda Santos 1940) Application Please apply with a resume in English. Responsibilities You will be supporting our customers under AVEVA Edge applications, leveraging our unique and comprehensive knowledge of AVEVA Edge. You will be involved in the support, deployment and maintenance of key client projects. You will collaborate with distributors, system integrators, certified system integrators and OEMs to provide their clients with a complete and sophisticated HMI/SCADA solution. You will also assist clients from all over the world with their HMI/SCADA advanced technical applications through phone calls, e‑mails, and remote computer connections. Additionally, you will develop and customize new product templates. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering. Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, or MySQL. English language proficiency (Advanced). A PLUS Spanish language proficiency. Knowledge of HMI/SCADA software, such as AVEVA Edge, InduSoft Web Studio, Wonderware, Intouch, System Platform, OMI, FactoryTalk, or similar software. Familiarity with industrial automation components such as PLCs from manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Eaton, and Beckhoff. Knowledge of VBScript structured programming language (or similar languages including C, C++, C#, VB, or similar). Experience with web‑based technologies such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, ActiveX, or JavaScript.
