Lead Project Coordinator for Luxury Fit-Out Ventures

We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of high-end interior fit-out projects.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiations, and project claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in luxury interior fit-out projects, with 5+ years in senior roles.
  • Proven expertise in contract management, cost control, and team leadership.
  • Fluency in English.
