Overview Join Lenovo as an IT Systems Support Engineer and help ensure the seamless functioning of our global supply chain systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of key platforms like SAP ECC, APO, JDA, and HANA. You’ll work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where rapid issue resolution, system optimization, and operational excellence are essential to supporting our critical 24/7 systems. Responsibilities Responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of Lenovo’s internal supply chain systems, including but not limited to: SAP ECC, APO, JDA Planning, HANA, and related platforms. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues promptly to ensure business continuity. Provide IT optimization recommendations from a holistic system solution perspective to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience. Follow SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards for incident response and resolution. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong PL/SQL development skills; familiar with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and other common databases. Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDA) is a plus. Problem-solving mindset: ability to analyze system anomalies and propose optimization solutions. Fluent in English (written and spoken); able to work in a global team environment. Willingness to work night shifts or rotating shifts (if applicable).
