As they expand their virtual care team , they are seeking an experienced, credentialed Healthspan Coach to deliver premium, high-touch support to members. This is a remote, client-facing role that blends evidence-based expertise with the warmth and presence needed to inspire lasting lifestyle change.

Your Role: As a Healthspan Coach, you will be the trusted partner for members seeking to improve their health across nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and long-term habit-building . You’ll work closely with our clinical team to translate personalized Healthspan Assessments into actionable plans, then guide members through their journey with consistent, science-backed support.

This role involves daily 30–60 minute video sessions and written communication, so you must be equally skilled at building rapport on camera and through digital channels. Your professionalism, clarity, and ability to connect will be key to delivering the white-glove experience our members expect.

You’ll:

• Lead multiple daily live video coaching sessions with members, ensuring a professional and distraction-free on-camera presence.
• Provide expert, balanced guidance across lifestyle pillars — nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, and beyond.
• Review labs, intake forms, and physician notes to create actionable plans in partnership with the Healthspan Physician Consultant.
• Offer ongoing motivation, accountability, and personalized support.
• Escalate medical concerns to licensed professionals when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay up to date on emerging research, trends, and best practices in preventive health and longevity.

You Bring:

• 10–15 years of experience in health coaching, integrative health, or wellness program delivery.
• Certification from a recognized program (NBHWC strongly preferred).
• Broad expertise beyond nutrition — ideally including exercise physiology, psychology, or related fields.
• Exceptional spoken and written English — fluent, clear, and confident on camera.
• Professional, private workspace with a reliable video setup (no AI backgrounds; minimal distractions).
• Comfort with digital tools (EHRs, CRMs, chat platforms, wearable data).
• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, executive clients, or concierge medicine programs a plus.
