Responsabilidades Criar análises e relatórios a partir de diferentes fontes de dados, com foco em gerar insights acionáveis. Construir e manter modelos de dados eficientes (camadas analíticas, camada semântica, views, data marts). Trabalhar com ferramentas como DBT, SQL, Python e ambientes como BigQuery ou Redshift. Criar e documentar transformações de dados com boas práticas de versionamento e testes. Colaborar com engenheiros de dados, analistas e product managers para garantir dados confiáveis. Desenvolver dashboards (ex : Metabase, Looker) para visualização de métricas e KPIs. Apoiar a criação de pequenos modelos preditivos ou análises estatísticas simples quando necessário. Requisitos Experiência sólida com SQL e modelagem de dados. Conhecimento de ferramentas de transformação de dados como DBT ou equivalente. Capacidade de realizar análises exploratórias e criar relatórios com storytelling. Noções de Python para análises e automações básicas. Familiaridade com ferramentas de visualização de dados. Mentalidade orientada a produto e negócio : entender o "porquê" por trás dos dados. Conhecimento de boas práticas de versionamento e qualidade de dados. Diferenciais (não obrigatórios) Experiência com Airflow ou outras ferramentas de orquestração. Experiência com modelos preditivos simples (ex : churn, scoring, clustering). Experiência em ambientes com DataOps ou MLOps. Conhecimento em testes de dados (ex : dbt tests, Great Expectations). Experiência explorando e analisando dados provenientes de múltiplas fontes, entendendo as demandas do negócio por meio de conversas com stakeholders. Vivência traduzindo os resultados por meio de relatórios e dashboards em ferramentas como Looker ou Metabase.
