In Brazil, we’ve helped more than 15 million people and 300 thousand companies to grow with e-money, transacting more than R$15 billion in the last 2 years. We have grown transaction volume 300% a year for the last 4 years, before conquering our Central Bank license.

Now, in our first year operating as a licensed Financial institution, SPB Banco # 537, Electronic money emitter, and Pix Direct participant, Microcash is developing a fully integrated PIX Credito solution, and super efficient payment solutions with PIX Direct services.

This concept is impacted in our fixed + variable compensation structure:

Monthly remuneration: R$ 20.000,00 cash

Potential annual bonus of up to R$ 60.000,00 per year (50% in cash and 50% equity)

• As a bonus for delivering the agreed revenue incrementing projects, in time.
• All potential bonus in cash are awarded for completing 100%+ of projects in time, and paid during the following period, be it the following quarter or year.

We expect DevSecOps to:

Comprehend the business domain, demonstrating adeptness in interpreting complex problems and assessing and designing solutions. Construct and debug high-performing applications from the ground up, participating in the entire solution development process, from initial briefings, scoping, planning, development, and the maturation of technical projects, while effectively interfacing with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Extensive Experience in System Administration: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in administering both Linux and Windows systems, including proficient troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Version Control: Demonstrated expertise with Git and Gitflow methodologies, ensuring efficient collaboration and version control management.
• Rolling Update Processes and CI/CD: Proven track record in developing and implementing rolling update processes as part of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless deployments with minimal downtime.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Computer Networks: Deep understanding of computer networks, including Subnets, VPN configurations, Load Balancers, Gateways, and other network components, ensuring robust network infrastructure.
• Auto-scaling and Backup Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience in auto-scaling techniques and backup processes to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• Integration with JIRA: Experience integrating infrastructure automation processes with JIRA for efficient project management and issue tracking.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code principles, utilizing tools such as Terraform or equivalent, to automate and manage infrastructure provisioning.
• Configuration of Clustered Services: Hands-on experience in configuring and managing clustered services such as RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, Elastic, etc., ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Clustered Shard Database Configuration: Experience in configuring and managing clustered shard databases, ensuring efficient data distribution and high performance.
• Containerization Technologies: Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker (including Swarm), Kubernetes, or Openshift, for efficient application deployment and management.
• Centralized Log Management: Experience in implementing and managing centralized log stacks, utilizing tools like Google Stackdriver, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, or Graylog for efficient log aggregation and analysis.
• Monitoring Stacks: Experience with monitoring stacks such as Kibana-Grafana-Zabbix, DataDog, Rancher, ensuring proactive monitoring and alerting for system performance and health.
• Advanced API Gateway Implementation: Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring advanced API Gateway solutions, including AWS API Gateway, Kong API Gateway, and others, ensuring secure and efficient API management.
• Service Mesh Technologies: Familiarity with service mesh tools such as Istio, Linkerd, Consul Connect, and Envoy Proxy, including experience with related observability tools like Kiali, for managing microservices communication and security within a distributed system.
• Identity Provider Experience: Proficiency in integrating identity provider solutions for authentication and authorization purposes, ensuring secure access control mechanisms within the infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering the entire engineering project pipeline of one of our tracks, pix, credito, or banking.
• Discuss, design technical solutions, cloud environment, security, tests, infrastructure scale.
• Proactively monitor infrastructure and cloud costs and provide solutions for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
• Contribute to enhancements in our environments, infrastructure supporting, develop CI/CD solutions, increasing automation, and safety of our applications.
• Contribute to Code Governance, documenting requests, problems, bugs, and solutions.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of computational services.
