We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team in Brazil. Job Description This role involves analyzing marketing data to inform business decisions and optimize campaign performance. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Google Analytics, and online ad tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis and campaign optimization, with strong skills in KPI reporting, data insights, and cross-platform campaign performance. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Google Analytics, and online ad tools, as well as the ability to thrive in an independent, remote work environment and collaborate well across global teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience in marketing data analysis and campaign optimization Strong skills in KPI reporting, data insights, and cross-platform campaign performance Benefits Competitive pay from $35 to $50 USD/hour
