# Regional Community Lead Americas, 2XKO## São Paulo (Brazil)Riot GamesFull TimePostedAs the Regional/Market Community Lead for 2XKO, you will drive comms, community, social, influencer and content efforts across our broader game ecosystem in Americas. In partnership with games and publishing leadership, this role will develop, deliver, and manage all communications of the player experience in Americas including both high level strategy and day to day campaign tactics. You are responsible not just for what we’re saying, but how, when, and why we’re saying it.This role reports to 2XKO Americas Regional Publishing Product LeadResponsibilities:Lead the development and execution of localized community and player communication strategies for 2XKO in Americas, balancing immediate campaign needs with long-term engagement goals in close collaboration with global 2XKO publishing teamsDetermine the approach for communications, community, influencer and social, to ensure we have a clear player journey day-to-day and month-to-monthSupport the roll-out of player-facing communications to ensure an engaging dialogue with our playersEscalate player needs and expectations to global 2XKO publishing teams to help facilitate a player-focused game evolutionProvide essential insights into local player feedback for product development and content strategiesPartner with stakeholders in player communications, community, influencer, and social across the game ecosystem/experience to ensure players in Americas have a journey consistent with the desired global experience, with a clear narrative for players month over month and day to dayDefine and/or align all local player facing content with key player experience and business outcomesDefine strategic opportunity spaces for local dev-to-player communicationsIdentify strategic opportunity spaces to create content or highlight community contentRequired Qualifications:5+ years experience in product content strategy, communications, or community management5+ years experience with gaming audiences, especially in the Fighting Games spaceIntimate knowledge of your region/market’s games landscape, innovations, trends, and ever-evolving player expectationsWell-versed in leading cross-disciplinary teams and able to influence stakeholdersExcellent communicator - verbal and writtenDeep experience creating and communicating communications strategies that span across multiple platforms and delivery channelsDesired Qualifications:Hands-on or strategic experience with Social Media and Influencer campaignsAwareness of & interest in the esports & gaming space as a rising cultural forceCitizen of the internet - you’re an autodidact and create time to understand what conversations are happening and how we can engage on behalf of our audienceFor this role, you'll find success through craft expertise and a collaborative spirit that prioritizes the delight of players.
