The biggest gaming, gambling and Forex companies trust D24 to effortlessly manage their payment expansion and drive payment conversions.We are looking for a qualified **Technical Account Manager** to join our multinational team.**What you will be doing**:- Acquire excellent product and technical knowledge to provide the best technical support to our clients.- Analyze prospects’ business and technical requirements, and help planning solutions that meet those needs- In some cases, you will need to work together with product development teams to customize products for individual customers.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve- You will need to monitor the progress of product installations to ensure that they are successful. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring the support requests to identify any recurring issues and may recommend changes to products.
