As the fastest growing casino in LATAM, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach and dedication to excellence.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated **DPO (Data Protection Officer)** to join our team. As a DPO, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, managing data processing activities, and implementing best practices to protect customer data.**Your responsibilities will include**:- Provide clarifications and take appropriate action to address data protection concerns- Receive and manage communications from national data protection authorities- Take necessary actions as required by these communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements- Guide employees and contractors on best practices and policies regarding the protection of personal data- Perform other duties related to data protection as determined by the data controller or established in complementary regulations- Stay updated on changes in data protection laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance**Requirements**:**To be successful in this role, you should have**:- Proven experience as a Data Protection Officer or similar role- Experience in digital platforms or Big Tech in data protection, privacy law, or a related field- In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and other relevant data protection frameworks- Proven experience in developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures- Preferably Lawyer**Benefits**- Paid time off- Remote work
