MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a finance and administrative team (6 people under direct management) and oversee key areas of the subsidiary:
-Supervise accountants and ensure compliance with local accounting regulations.-Lead and optimize tax-related matters in coordination with the tax specialist and a BPO.-Oversee treasury management, maintain bank relations, and prepare and present cash flow forecasts in coordination with a credit and treasury manager.-Monitor the credit strategy in coordination with the credit and treasury manager.-Coordinate IT-related matters.-Coordinate administrative tasks.
Enhance business security through the improvement of internal controls.Ensure timely monthly reporting and closing.Serve as an interface to external parties: auditors, administration, etc.Identify financial risks or dysfunctions and alert management.Advise general and subsidiary management, acting as a business partner.
SKILLS AND PRE-REQUISITES:
Required training: Higher education in corporate financeRequired experience: at least 5 years in a finance management position, ideally with an experience in an audit/accounting firms and in an industrial companyManagement knowledgeStrong knowledge of the financial management local processes in an international environmentAdvanced English
