- We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Venture Capital Fundraising Analyst or Intern to- fundraising activities, supporting our efforts to secure capital from investors to fuel our growth.
Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to attract
- investors. Conduct market research to identify potential investors and analyze industry trends. Prepare investor materials, including pitch decks, presentations, and informational
- memorandums. Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective investors, both virtually and in
- person. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fundraising activities.
- Qualifications: Strong interest in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and early-stage startups. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate
- complex concepts clearly and concisely. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- environment. Prior experience in fundraising, finance, or investment banking is a plus but not
- required. For the intern position, currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program,
- preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
