Service LAT is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of wind turbines in the LAT SUB (Latin America). The position will be part of the Service Analytics team within the Operations Service department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop visual tools such as Power BI dashboards to provide management with clear insights on performance and trends, ensuring stakeholders are continuously informed.
  2. Maintain and update existing dashboards (Power BI) in LAT SBU.
  3. Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities across the Service value chain in Latin America.
  4. Automate data collection, transformation, and modeling processes to support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, statistics, or related fields.
  2. Proficient in ETL processes and data modeling; web scraping experience is a plus.
  3. Extensive knowledge of databases (e.g., data lake, data warehouse).
  4. Advanced skills in Power BI; experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  6. Strong knowledge of Python and SQL; PowerShell is a plus.
  7. Desired experience with SAP and Salesforce objects.
  8. Experience in app development and knowledge of Machine Learning is preferred.
  9. Proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
  10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, prepare reports, and present findings creatively and effectively.
  11. Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment with a customer-focused approach.
